We specialise in made-to-order MDF shaker doors, manufactured in our UK workshop using CNC machining for accuracy and consistency. Each door is produced from a single solid piece of MDF to create a clean, stable base that’s ideal for painting. By making every door to size, we’re able to offer a high-quality product at a fair price, with careful checks carried out before dispatch and delivery nationwide.

Our Approach

Our shaker doors were developed to offer a simple, reliable alternative to traditional five-piece doors. By machining each design from a single solid MDF blank, we remove common issues such as joint lines, movement, and paint cracking over time.Supplied either Raw Mdf or Primed, we avoid the significant cost of vinyl wrapping or spray-booth finishing, savings which are not passed on to our customers. Every door is made to order, ensuring accurate sizing, consistent quality, and a surface well suited to both hand painting and spraying.
