Returns & Replacements Policy

All products sold on this website are custom made to order and manufactured to the exact sizes and options selected at checkout.

Please read the following carefully before placing an order.


Custom Made Items

Because every item is custom sized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for goods ordered incorrectly, no longer required, or where measurements were supplied incorrectly.

This is in line with UK consumer law relating to personalised and made-to-order goods.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs showing:

    • The damaged or incorrect item(s)

    • The external packaging

    • The delivery label

Once confirmed, replacement items will be manufactured and dispatched as a priority.


Incorrect Measurements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements selected at checkout are correct.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered to incorrect sizes.


Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before manufacturing has started.

Once production has begun, the order is classed as custom made and cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a replacement where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
